This has been a real game changer in our overly warm and dark living room! The ceiling is very high, and the room is difficult to cool, but this fan is powerful enough to circulate the air up near the ceiling and everywhere nearby, as well. The 4 lights work wonders at night, and they add a very nice (and badly needed!) touch of style to our big, tall old room. We love the remote, as well. Very convenient! This is really about as close to perfection as a fan can get. I'm a big (haha) fan of it!
