Featuring three sleek and slender blades, this fan is powered by a high-performance DC motor, available with or without an integrated light. All Fanimation fans include FanSync, allowing users to control their fan through smart devices with audio voice assistance. With integrated Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi technology built into the ceiling fan receiver, FanSync enables seamless operation from a smart device. Additionally, the TriAire Ceiling Fan includes a remote control and is Energy Star certified for optimal efficiency.

- LIGHTING: Includes integrated 40-watt dimmable LED 12-inch light kit with Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) Select Technology, providing a selection of light colors ranging from warm white, bright light or daylight with opal frosted shade
- TECHNOLOGY: Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) Select Technology, provides a selection of light colors ranging from warm white, bright light or daylight and Wi-Fi fanSync, which provides fan control with a smart device or voice assistant
- CONTROL: Use your smart home device with our fanSync app, or use the included TR305 hand-held remote with two 3V CR2032 batteries - Push buttons control 16 variable fan speeds, light levels, CCT Select, timer, powering on/off, and fresh air, reverse, home away, safe exit modes
