Customers praised this fan downrod for high ceilings, noting it "worked perfectly" and is ideal for 10 ft ceilings. Shoppers appreciated the color matching with fans and proper length for elevated ceilings. One customer mentioned needing to splice the safety cable as it was shorter than the 18" rod.

Downrod For MonteCarlo Fan

Color Matches and great length for the elevated ceiling in my living room.

Proper length

This rod matched the Maverick 70 “ ceiling fan & did the job of getting the fan to the proper height.
Oddly the fan is equipped with a braided safety cable in case the fan would fall. The cable was shorted then this 18” rod. so I had to splice an additional cable to lengthen it.
