How do I check the status of my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Payments

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required by law to charge Pennsylvania state sales tax as well as Philadelphia city sales tax for customers residing in these jurisdictions. You will not otherwise be charged sales tax.

Will my package be left at my door?

Most small parcels shipping ground will not require a signature and will be left by the carrier at their discretion. If your order shipped freight, the carrier will be in contact with you to schedule a delivery.

Can I return an installed item?
Items that have been installed may not be returned and do not qualify for a refund. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect your order once it arrives. Please see our full Return Policy.
How do I initiate a return?
Send an email to returns@lamps.com to request a return authorization; please include order number and reason for return. We will reply with all information you will need to return your order.
Do you ship outside the Continental US?

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories or Protectorates may incur shipping charges. Our customer relations team will contact you directly if there are any additional fees.

Will you ship to my PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address for your order.

Do you offer professional pricing?
We offer a Professional Program. Please signup for a Professional Account and one of our team members will reach out to you within 1-2 business days regarding your new account with us.
How do I request a quote?
Please send all quote requests to help@lamps.com.
Do you price match?
If within 30 days of your purchase, you find a lower advertised cost on the same product, we welcome the opportunity to match that competitor’s price. Please see our Price Protection Program.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Changes can not be made once an order has been processed. To request a cancellation, please call us at 888.602.7011. Once the order has begun processing, even if it has not yet shipped, the standard Return Policy will apply.
