This chandelier came with each of the hand cut pieces of glass carefully wrapped in foam paper. There were some thinner pieces labeled with some letters we didn’t understand the meaning of so we called customer service before installing. The service specifically was very kind and helpful. It would have been a bummer to get all the pieces installed to find out we had done it wrong. Honestly though, it was pretty straightforward. Just remove the wrapping and place carefully in the frame. The skinny pieces are there for the tight spots around the curve. The chandelier is beautiful and as pictured. Quick shipping and easy installation. It is very heavy so read your weight specs when prepping the hang site.
