On behalf of our entire team at Lamps.com, we hope you and your families remain safe and healthy during this uncertain time. It is our goal during this time to support the safety and health of our employees, brand partners, and suppliers. We also care deeply about our customers and want to make sure we provide as much information as we can regarding impact to existing and future orders, so you’ll know when to expect your products.
As circumstances evolve, we’ll continue updating this page.
Here’s what we know so far:
  • Due to non-essential business closure mandates in effect across the United States, products shipping from affected locations are likely to experience delays.
    • Our team is working hard to keep lead times on our site updated, so please reference on-site lead times regarding specific products.
    • If possible, our brand partners will attempt to reroute your existing order to ship from alternate warehouses. We are working closely with each of these partners to be informed of and minimize shipping delays.
  • For existing orders that are unavoidably delayed, we will contact you directly as we learn this information, including any changes to backorder dates. We promise to manage your expectations to the best of our ability so you can plan accordingly.
  • For product returns, these closures may also cause a delay in the receipt of your returned products. We will contact you if your return request is impacted, but note this will not have any impact on an item’s return eligibility or on the 30-day return window.
