OUTLETS

Standard Outlet

Our twist on the standard 1-gang outlet. Use these tips when selecting the right outlet for your project:

  •  – 15A outlets are the most common, while you may need 20A for commercial or industrial uses.
  •  – GFCI outlets are necessary when installed near water sources in kitchens and bathrooms.
  •  –  Half-controlled and dual-controlled outlets are for use with outlets that are controlled by switches.
  •  –  The energy-saving on/off outlet lets you stop the flow of power when you don’t need it and want to conserve energy.

USB Outlet

Charge your cell phone at a convenient location with the USB outlet. Put two USB chargers in a 1-Gang outlet, or convert a standard 1-Gang outlet to a 1-Gang+ and add one USB charger to a tamper-resistant outlet.

Pop-out Outlet

The Pop-Out Outlet lets you hide an outlet when not in use. Simply push on the outlet and it disappears into the wall. With the exception of the 20A outlet which contains two plugs, each Pop-Out Outlet contains three plugs, increasing your outlet’s capabilities.

Wi-Fi Ready Outlet

The Wi-Fi Ready On/Off Outlet lets you control a floor or table lamp from a new location when paired with the Adorne SofTap or Touch Wi-Fi Ready Remote Switch.

3. Select the device and wall plate colors.

DEVICE COLOR

The device itself is the central functional portion, while the wall plate is the decorative outer border.

The devices are available in 2 colors as shown here: Magnesium or White.

WALL PLATE COLOR

The wall plate is the decorative border that surrounds the device. This is where things get interesting. Offered in a variety of metals, woods, leather, and vibrant colors, choose wall plates that accentuate your home decor and surround your switch in style.  Here are just a few examples:

And there you have it! We think you’ll find that updating your home’s switches can really upgrade the overall look and feel of a room, and tie together your existing design elements.
