Lamps.com will gladly repair or replace, at our discretion, your purchase within one year of your purchase date in the event that you find a defect in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover light bulbs, controls or accessories. Ceiling fans are covered by the included manufacturer’s warranty only. The warranty does not cover defects, damages or malfunctions caused by improper installation or use of the product in any manner other than that intended and specified by the manufacturer.
Before attempting to file a warranty claim with Lamps.com, please review the manufacturer’s warranty first. No Lamps.com warranty claims will be accepted if a manufacturer’s warranty remains in force. However, our customer service department will gladly help you process your claim with the manufacturer.
