Shipping Policy

    Lamps.com offers four shipping options: Free Standard Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. Some larger items must be shipped via freight service. Each of our shipping services is outlined in detail below. For questions regarding our shipping policy or for custom shipping quotes, please call our customer service department at 1-888-602-7011.

    Order Confirmation
    Once you place your order, you will receive an email invoice confirming your order. All orders are processed within one business day. When your items ship, you will receive another email. If your order is fulfilled using multiple shipments, you will receive multiple shipment confirmation emails.
    Multiple Shipments
    Because Lamps.com uses several different warehouses, orders of two or more items may result in multiple separate shipments. Your order may arrive as several shipments on different days. There is no additional charge to you.
    Shipping Lead Times
    Lamps.com makes every effort to provide accurate shipping estimates to our customers. Shipping lead times posted on our product pages are estimates based on information provided to us by the lighting manufacturer. If your order is time sensitive, please call our customer service department at 1-888-602-7011 to ensure product availability and turnaround time.
    Free Shipping Policy
    Lamps.com offers Free Standard Ground shipping on ALL orders shipping within the continental United States. There is no minimum order to qualify for Free Standard Ground shipping. Orders shipped using Free Standard Ground ship via UPS Ground service. Typically, orders shipped via standard delivery will arrive within 5-6 business days from the date of shipment.
    Express Delivery
    Express delivery service is available on certain items on our site. Products that display the ‘Quick Ship’ logo are in stock items that are guaranteed to ship from the warehouse within 3 business days. ‘Quick Ship’ items are eligible for express delivery service. Items shipped via express delivery service can ship via UPS 3 Day Select Service, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver. 3 Day Select Service shipments will typically arrive within three business days from the date of shipment, 2nd Day Air shipments typically arrive within two business days from the shipment date and Next Day Air Saver shipments typically arrive on the next business day following the shipment date. Express delivery service shipments will be charged actual shipping rates as determined by UPS.
    Freight Delivery
    Certain larger items must be shipped via freight service. Orders shipped via freight service will be charged actual shipping rates as determined by the freight carrier. Additional charges, such as lift gate fees, storage fees, in-home delivery fees and residential delivery fees may apply to orders shipped via freight service. Orders shipped via freight service are delivered curbside only. Freight carriers will call ahead to the customer to schedule a delivery time, so it is imperative that your contact phone number be accurate.     Orders Outside the Continental US
    Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and US Territories or Protectorates will be charged actual shipping rates as determined by UPS. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-602-7011 to obtain a custom shipping quote.
    Canadian Orders
    Lamps.com welcomes our Canadian customers and offers reasonable shipping charges to all Canadian addresses. Please note that some of our products are not available for shipment to Canada. Canadian orders will be charged to your credit card in US dollars. Prior to shipment, all Canadian orders are shipped to our warehouse to be consolidated and have proper customs documentation attached. This can result in shipping delays and additional shipping charges. All duties and taxes will be applied to your order.     In Store Pickup

    If you would prefer to pick up your purchase, and live in the Philadelphia Area, you can order online and pick up the item at our showroom in Old City.  Our showroom is located at:

    Out of Stock
    An out of stock item means there is a backorder with the manufacturer.  The normal time for an item that is backordered to be replenished is around 2-3 weeks.  If you order an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email informing you.  Then you will have the choice of waiting on the backordered item(s), cancelling the order altogether, or selecting a different item.  In instances where you select multiple items, of which one is out of stock, you will be given the same options in addition to immediate delivery of the in-stock item(s).   You will not receive any additional shipping charges for receiving multiple packages on different dates.
     
    Cancellations
    You may cancel your order for any reason for a full refund providing that the item has not been shipped.  You may contact our customer service department at 1-888-602-7011 to check the status of your order.  If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, it is considered a return and you must follow the guidelines of our return policy.
