Every Casablanca fan is backed by 120-Day in-home service plan. Should your Casablanca fan not meet your satisfaction, we will send a trained representative to your home to service it. Simply call us at 1-800-715-0393 for referral to your local Authorized Service Center. If In-Home Service is not available in your area, Casablanca offers pre-paid freight to make it easy for you to send the fan to the Casablanca Factory Service Center. It will be repaired and returned to you at no charge. Casablanca's comprehensive warranty, the most extensive in the ceiling fan industry also includes a lifetime motor warranty and one-year parts and electronics warranty.
Now more than ever, the Stealth DC lives up to its name, featuring our quietest motor yet. Casablanca's new DC technology is also extremely powerful and highly efficient-four to five times more than other motors. So while the fan may be quiet, the news won't be for long.
