Simply call us at 1-800-715-0393 for referral to your local Authorized Service Center. If In-Home Service is not available in your area, Casablanca offers pre-paid freight to make it easy for you to send the fan to the Casablanca Factory Service Center. It will be repaired and returned to you at no charge. Casablanca's comprehensive warranty, the most extensive in the ceiling fan industry also includes a lifetime motor warranty and one-year parts and electronics warranty.
